As always Lora Ann's books do not disappoint! Not only do you get ridiculously hot men with their strong beautiful woman and steamy sex you actually get a story filled with love, loyalty, family bond, and SUSPENSE & THRILLS! I knew Alex would be my favorite Strand Brother, he is the center of his family. I enjoyed "watching" as his back story unfolded and hit his present life hard in the face. I love that it ended Happily Ever After but that the family doesn't even really know that yet. Can't wait for the novella to completely finish this wonderful story!!Product details

This story twisted me into feeling so many emotions, the author surpassed herself in writing very detailed accounting of love lost, second chance romance, and strong familial bonds. I absolutely loved the everlasting brotherly support as this family fought for each other every step of the way.
Caleb was so sick and as his sexual perversion reaches an all consuming crescendo. To think there are men of power out there, men who we look up as role models boggles my mind. And the Senator is definitely a cringe-worthy evil villain that was so steeped in mental illness there would be no coming back from the purgatory he lives in.
The characters were well developed, in depth and you could feel the love and strength these survivors sought to fight and continue to live another day with each other to lean on.
If there was one character I didn't connect well with it would have been Sofia, However I must say she had a life that made her hard and hard for me to like, good thing she found a softer side and I think she will change once she basks in the Glory of the Strand Family.
Thank you Lora Ann for opening our eyes and bringing awareness to horrible people in power.
The story of Alex and Sofie is, no doubt, one of the toughest journeys around. The misery and destruction they and their family had to go through in order to see a shred of happiness is shocking. The Strand past is no rainbows and sunshine. That's not saying there wasn't moments of peace. But Alex was always the rock to his family. The shock he releases that he wasn't always at peace and the secret he kept from them was what could change them all.
" How had I gone so long without her? I lived a lie that was how. There was no turning back for me. Inhaling her tropical scent with the knowledge, I wouldn’t go another day without her next to me. In my life. In my bed. She was right where she had always belonged."
But the madman himself is once again up to his same tricks and he is not concerned in the least who he drags to hell. But no family is more United together in their fight against the monster. Always questioning and looking around every corner for Reynolds to be there. Looking for justice is one hard task to complete for Alex, when one of the biggest cases is so close to home.
" “You’re more than a want.” He cupped his balls and continued. “More than a desire. More than a need.” His grasp tightened as he stroked faster. “I can’t get enough of you, kjære,” he groaned out as I watched him erupt at the traffic light."
Passion is one thing the Strands have in aces. And Alex is no exception to that. I love this whole series!
Ms. Lora Ann has done it again with her third installment of the Strand Brothers Series. This book is not a stand alone book. Alex's story begins with a brief glimpse at him through his brother, Nik's eyes in Branded and again through Even's eyes in Bound. Alex's past is fully introduced in this book and sets you on a roller coaster ride of emotions from the beginning to the end. Her characters are well developed and have a depth that makes you wish to know a Strand Brother or their significant other in real life - too bad they are fictional characters, everyone loves a hero! . This is a thrilling series that is fast paced filled with heart warming moments, adventure and makes you love to hate the psycho, schizophrenic villain who is brilliantly written. I highly recommend picking up not only this book, but the entire series!!

Sadly, there are only 3 brothers because the author will make you wish this was a family of so many many more!!
The Strand brothers are hot and their women are fantastic. All the characters are portrayed as complete characters. Which makes a complete storyline.
This book continues the Strand Brothers series with Alex's story, and it doesn't disappoint. Full of dark twists, surprises, tears, laughter, and plenty of steamy scenes layered with an epic love story--what's not to love? Give this one a try, you won't be disappointed.
The third in the strand brothers series and ties up everything nicely. Though I'm still left with some questions involving other characters, I'm left satisfied that everything for the brothers has been answered. An epic, dark, delicious read and I loved every minute of it. Lora Ann has one qicked imagination and went to places I didn't think this book would go. She shows just how twisted Caleb really could be and his hatred for the Stands.
A great read and I cannot wait to read Bliss.
